Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters | Sonipat Highway

We had a tremendous experience here at the newly opened blue Tokai at Flamingo chauki dhani Sonipat. Shubham was so humble and helpful. The place itself is so beautifully built and had everything available as a typical blue Tokai. The coffee and food were as usually pretty great and we just loved the vibe, would definitely visit again.

Visited this charming café today and had a lovely experience. I ordered a cappuccino and a frappe — the frappe was definitely the winner for me, smooth and perfectly balanced. The café has a beautiful, cozy ambiance that makes you want to linger a little longer. The staff was friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive vibe. A great spot for coffee lovers and anyone looking for a relaxing place to unwind. Highly recommended!

Blue Tokai Ganaur, Sonipat is hands down one of the prettiest outlets I’ve seen from them. The space is extremely well built, huge, and spacious – a refreshing change compared to most highway cafés. Unlike typical highway outlets that cut down the menu, this one has the full Blue Tokai menu along with their products like coffee beans and breads. The staff is super sweet, polite, and helpful, making the experience even better. The food and coffee taste exactly as amazing as they do in Delhi or any other Blue Tokai outlet across India. A personal recommendation – definitely try the Triochino, it’s a must! On top of that, the outlet has WiFi, clean washrooms, and is wheelchair accessible, making it very convenient for travelers. Overall, this is a 10/10 spot – if you’re on the highway, you should absolutely stop by.

I recently visited Blue Tokai on Murthal Highway for an amazing weekend getaway, and it truly exceeded my expectations! The atmosphere is serene, making it a perfect spot to unwind or even get some work done. I spent a couple of peaceful hours working there without any distractions. The staff deserve special mention for their polite and friendly demeanour, which made the experience even more delightful. The coffee, as always, was exceptional—rich, flavourful, and freshly brewed. I highly recommend this coffee house to anyone looking for a tranquil place with outstanding coffee and warm hospitality. Will definitely be returning soon!
